RICHARD DELABER

The name of this Norman knight was SIR RICHARD DE LA BERE. A leading branch of his descendants became established at Southham, co. Gloucester, and bore, for arms, "az. a bend arg. cotised or, between six martlets of the last" From this family derives, in the female line, the present Rev. JOHN EDWARDS, of the Hayes, Prestbury, co. Gloucester.
