EUDES FITZ SPIRWIC.
The Domesday baron Eudes Fitz Spirwic or Sperwin was probably a Breton and, according to Banks and 'Norman People', came to England in 1066, where he obtained Toteshall, Lincolnshire, with other estates in that county as well as in Norfolk and Suffolk which he held in barony and in chief 1086 (Domesday). From him descended the barons of Toteshall and the family of Denton.
