Cross-Stitch Grid Painter Guide

1. Loading a Chart

Choose a pattern blueprint from the "Select Website Chart" drop-down box in the left sidebar layout. Use the navigation buttons to turn pages if your design document contains multiple views.

2. Painting Your Grid

  1. Click on any DMC thread color row from the scrollable palette roster to select your active color tool.
  2. Click and drag your mouse across cells on the drawing sheet matrix to solid-paint blocks of matching coordinate data.
  3. Clicking over an already painted cell of your active color will function as an active eraser strip.

3. Navigation & Sizing Controls

Use the Zoom In (+) and Zoom Out (-) keys on the main horizontal ribbon row to accurately size up coordinates or view wide pattern blueprints.

4. Managing File Progress

Click "Save Progress" to extract your progress directly to a standalone backup file (.json format). You can reload this progress configuration during a later layout session with the "Load Progress" interface button.
