Ballinskelligs (Baile an Sceilge)
Ballingskelligs Castle was built by the McCarthy Clan. They were also responsible for Ballycarbery Castle near Cahirsiveen.
Ballingskelligs Castle is a 16th century, two storey, unvaulted MacCarthy tower, also known as a McCarthy Mór Tower House on the seashore overlooking Ballinskelligs Bay.
