Ballintotis Castle

The tower was granted to George Moore in 1579, but recovered soon after by the FitzGeralds. It is currently being restored.

Ballintotis Castle is a substantial late medieval tower house surviving to a height of 50ft. It is a Geraldine or Fitzgerald Family castle.
