Seskinore or Seskanore (from the Irish: Seisceann Odhar meaning "brownish bog") is a small village in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. It is situated 2.5 miles (4.0 km) north east of Fintona and 7 miles (11 km) from Omagh. The village had a population of 162 people in the 2001 Census and is a prosperous farming-based community. It lies within the Omagh District Council area.
Little is known about the origins of the village but there is proof that it existed in the early part of the 17th century when at least two of its inhabitants were listed as paying Hearth Tax. Following the marriage of Miss Mary Perry to Alexander McClintock in 1781, the village became the family seat of the McClintock family, who had settled in Ulster in 1597 from Argyll, Scotland.
