Faversham Abbey

Faversham Abbey was a monastery immediately to the north-east of the town of Faversham, England and was founded by King Stephen and his queen Matilda in 1147. It is the Burial Place of King Stephen of England, Queen Matilda, and of Eustace IV of Boulogne.
